How will you ship my pots?
I ship all orders via Royal Mail or Evri within the UK with tracking available. I am also open to shipping internationally. This should calculate automatically at check out, but contact me if you have issues. Buyers are responsible for all custom duties and fees upon import.

Is your tableware microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes to both! I would recommend using the top shelf of your dishwasher if possible for a slightly gentler wash. All of the clays and glazes I use in my tableware have been tested and used in my own kitchen before I use the materials for sale pieces.

Do you do custom commissions?
Sometimes! I’m happy to discuss your ideas for custom tableware or pots. Please be aware that my turnaround times can be lengthy as pottery is not my full-time job and I rely on community studios for wheel-thrown studio time and kiln firings.

Do you do local pick up?
If you’re based in Margate and would like to meet up to collect your pots, please let me know! I’m happy to schedule a time and place to pass on your pottery and refund your shipping costs.

Can I return my pots?
I am happy to accept returns for pottery purchased within 14 days of delivery. Simply pack up the pots safely (I’d recommend using the packaging they came in and to wrap them very well, being careful to protect handles or other fragile areas) and mail back to me. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and I would recommend using a tracked service. I don’t offer refunds on bespoke commissions or sale items.
